Luked you will need a #80 to #95 jet at the extreme high-altitude that Denver is.
A #85 will probbaly work just fine. I HIGHLY recommend you purchase this:http://www.amazon.com/Chinese-Taiwan...scooter+manual Then READ IT. Study it. Read it from cover to cover. This is based on tear-downs of gy6 bikes, so it's written in a very user-friendly way.
