Installing a 100 kit
I had 80 cc kit and had no problems. I upgraded to the 100 kit and keep burning pistons. I have a lot of spark rattle and running extremely hot. I've changed the cam chain and rejetted the carburetor. Anyone had similar experience who can offer suggestions?

Sounds like you are running very lean. Do a plug-chop.

I got a 100cc bbk off ebay and had the same results! That kit was $56 and free shipping from a place in, I think Michigan. They said I did somthing wrong when installing it so wouldn't honor any warranty. I have since picked up an 80cc bbk locally here in central Fl. and had no more trouble.
