A full stroker dio/af16 will eat a lc mina evo, but thats also 94cc to 131cc, I have a 121cc stroker and an unbuilt af16 Im thinking of selling. Ill sell the unbuilt af16 for 100+ shipping, good crank and gears, bad cylinder.
The 121ccs I build destroy my friends windjammer piped 94cc evo jog. 800$ pipe doesnt help. I like that theyre selling a full evo engine for 3k euros, for 4gs imagine how many dio strokers you can build lol. I think the total would be 8 dio strokers for the price of one built evo, and thats including the price of the engine blocks included. Now dont take me as bashing minas, I love them and theyre great for stock, but when you really build them they get expensive. My friend has near 2500 in his build, all included(pipe, intake, carb, etc). |

One more thing I keep calling it a dio and its definitely not. Its just a AF16. Dios were only on dio bikes in pretty much every country but the US, unless you live on the islands. Then the possibilities are endless.

Where are you located? Which engine exactly are you looking for? Af16/17/18/24/35 etc?
I suggest to most to use a kymco zx50 engine which is a derivative of the af16/18 with a longer case, better rear pulley, and it uses a 12 inch rear tire. All the engine kits(cranks and cylinders) from a dio work on the ZX50 engine. Exact frop in. If you follow my link in my name, which it appears I have to relink, it will show you a fully built malossi MHR kymco zx50 engine. |

Try to stay away from Sym DD50 engines as they have a weak "small" side crank case and have been known to crack and break at the bearing races under heavy power.
I cant seem to figure out where I go to add my "banner" but heres a link to one of my builds. http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=7795.0 |
