How to make my scooter fast and derestrict?

There is a dedicated Beluga form out there, its just been a looooong time since I have been on it. I got stuck with a Beluga 80cc 2 stroke. Ended up giving it to someone for parts. There are a few performance parts that fit it, but I didnt keep mine long enough to know.
