Don't like the 'new posts' response on this forum!

much like SD.net, when I click the 'new posts' in this forum, I see a list of new posts.
All is good there, but when I reply one of them, and click 'new posts' again, the list is gone, and I only see one or two new posts since my last post.
I mean, on SD.PB I still could see all other posts that I hadn't visited yet.

Any way of making this function more like the old forum? (like see last posts of last 24/48 hours or so?)

Edit:
Ah, never mind,
Quick Links, Today's posts.

On a side note, is there a way to have the smilies load on a side window, or see a link to smilies, when replying to a post?

Please make the 'New posts' link display 'Today's posts' page - all new posts are clearly visible there!

Prodigit, Are you using the...... post quick reply ??.

If yes, the smileys won't show when using that.

Sorry, i don't know why they're not appearing on my browser!
Perhaps adblock?

Looking into it. Next to this window where I'm posting my reply, is nothing but white space...
