Dry.
Any chinese scoot has a dry clutch. Very few have a wet clutch.
Actually, the CVT bikes don't really have a clutch, other than a clutch for enabling/disabling the CVT, which does not need a wet clutch.

A lot of manually geared bikes have wet clutches; as the clutches on manual geared bikes are exposed to a lot more use.
The Roketa MC-05-127 has a wet clutch.

As prodigit said.. Wet clutches are on motorcycles where the gears and clutch run in a bath of oil for cooling and to reduce friction. i.e. if it shifts with a lever operated by your foot(or on old Harleys a hand lever) you have a wet clutch..

I'll tell you how long I've been riding-I learned to ride on a Harley hand operated side shifter! The hand operated lever was on the side of the gas tank. In those days you didn't drop it because(at 15) you didn't weigh enough to pick it up! Irish

and also on Yamaha FJ1200 sport/touring bikes, among others.. And yeah, Continuous Variable Transmission systems (CVT) are really different from either wet or dry clutch. They use a centrifugal clutch. The increase of shaft speed causes the clutch to engage. A much simpler technology, though not readily adaptable to high torque applications.

Vespa larger scooters with CVT do use a wet clutch. This system does the same job bus uses a 3 plate wet clutch system.
