Over on Adventure Rider, there is Regional section, not so much about a given club, but where others are riding at.
Mostly for motorcycles, but in the battle scooter section, is where us scooter folks seem to congregate. Most of the sites I once followed about clubs, are now just spamo and bullshit. Maybe someone else will have a link for ya.

Look up the assphault eaters scooter club , Boston chapter on Facebook. I joined even though they are too far from me hoping a chapter organized closer becomes a reality.
