what accessories do you carry with you?
Just wondering what would be a good list of things to make sure I always have with me on the scooter.
Right now I just have the tool kit that came with it. I'm thinking of adding a towel so I can wipe the seat down if I ever get caught in rain and take refuge somewhere, some kind of tire repair kit (or are they useless?) and a local map What are others doing? |

I carry tire repair kit ,4 co2 , tool kit & water to drink anytime I'm going over 20 miles from house. 5 miles or less I don't take anything. Sometimes I leave the tire kit in unless I'm going to the Grocery store.
My tool kit has all sockets,Allen wrenches ,screw driver/ standard & Phillips, electric tape, zip ties & socket wrench that it takes to tighten / fix on my scooter. Oh yea put in a razor blade to trim the tire plug. You ought to put "Ride-on "tire sealant/ balancer in your tires it's a great product & will help with most punchers. I do have a 4"x 6" battery jumper for long trips. Just put a battery tender on before to make sure it charge before a longer trip. I ride 3-4 days a week & the battery has stayed charged. Kind of depends on what and where you ride. Since the 250's don't have a kick start, I always carry a battery booster box that will also power my small air compressor. I also carry a reasonably complete tool set, a grease rag, and a small ground cloth. If I'm going out of town aways, I carry my tire plug kit also.

I just thought it would be a good idea to have a extra spark plug & all the different size fuses on scooter for longer trips. I have a extra Sparkplug just ordered some fuses for my camping trip in a few weeks. 400 miles round trip & my first trip on any two wheeled vehicle.
