when can i install cdi w/bbk?

hi, Let just start by saying that I'm a complete noob to scooting so forgive me if sound like an idiot.
I just had a 50mm bbk installed at the local scoot shop (i got the bbk from robotech on e bay) it has a # 95 jet but evrything else is stock.
I have a racing cdi and orange performance coil that i have not put on yet and i was wondering how long i have to wait to install it?
it's about 150 miles on the bbk, it's doing 42 mph on flats according to gps. Any other suggestions to upgrade would be greatly apprieciate it.
