idle screw and no mixure screw?

ive had this jonway 2t and has 93 miles on it and wanted to adjust the carb.it only has a idle screw.how can this be?

its a 50cc and I just don't see how this can be possible

A LOT of the scoots that are EPA compliant, do not have mixture screws, or I should say they have a plug over where the screw is, some have the screw underneath , some don't have a screw at all ....

Very few carbs do not have a mixture screw, usually it is covered by a cap you have to drill out. Some have nothing under the cap. Either way find that cap and remove it, if there's no screw, get a new carb,they are only 30 bucks.
