scooter running crappy

got a 50cc scoot from my boss 2 years ago never did anything to it was wondering if any one has experience adjusting valve clearance on 50cc jonway 4t 2009

For valve lashing, try INT:.003 and EXH:.004
Maybe go .001 tighter, if you have the feels to do so.
