2008 Tank 150cc Base&Head Gasket Fit

I have a 2008 Tank 150cc Scooter and I tore it down and am now putting it back together but my base gasket and my head gasket does not fit. It looks like the holes are positioned wrong. I ordered the GY6 complete gasket set from two different suppliers, neither of them fit.

Any insight is appreciated. Also, I'm looking for an extra GY6 150cc Long Case complete motor to purchase.

I don't know why they don't line up but you may save some time and headache making your own gaskets... Hope you find a solution

I can pound out a base gasket, but I've never heard of making a head gasket.
