2013 Peace 50cc wont idle and bogs'

Hi everyone ,I'm new here and come asking for help. I have a Peace 805 2013 with about 1200 miles...recently it has stopped idling, just dies and when you ride it starts out fine then after about 1000 yds the engine loses power until it finally dies......starts right up again and does the same over again . This is my 3rd Peace 50 and my 1st ran about 8200 miles and second I sold after 5000 miles to buy this one. Never a problem before. Changed the fuel filtet and its getting fuel. Just poured several oz of Seafoam and filled gas , still the same . Any ideas....bogs down faster uphills and doesn't bog going downhilll.....making me crazy. Thanks in advance.

Hi Hank, thanks for the reply....never have adjusted the valves, and never had to on any so far .It's so new it would seem to me that shouldn't be necesscary but I REALLY know nothing. You are probably right...thought fuel had clogged the idle jet but it starts right up and runs properly for a short time . Why would it not die running downhill?
