If it says it, it is.
3.5x10 tires are pretty large tires. The outside diameter will be very similar to most scooters with 12 in tires, only these are much wider, which helps when riding in sand, dunes, grass or uneven roads (more stability in small potholes), while at the same time it allows for much better and easier steering. It's more important to have wide tires than large wheels for riding stability. |

it looks to be a 150 but id disagree 3.5x10 are small and dont give much handling, if you want a 150 that youll be riding at 50plus mph youll want *atleast a 12in rim with 130-70-12 tires for peak performance and stability

Don't buy it the ruckus clone aren't good scooters and are very hard to work on, got to take most of it apart floorboard and part of the frame to even adjust the valves and seem slow compared to the rest of the china scoots. And probably was a typo it should have 12 inch or 13 inch wheels even the clone 50cc jinlun i worked on had 12 inch wheels.
