If you can pick up the Thunder for a reasonable price, get that. It has 12 inch wheels instead of the 10" wheels on the ATM 50. Plus I hear the ATM 50 has a niggling habit of eating headlight bulbs on a regular basis. Not a disastrous issue but the Thunder is a better scooter.
