The big problem with fuel injection is all the sensors involved. I guess you could try and find the feed wire for the fuel pump and see if it's getting voltage. I remember on an old Plymouth Voyager problem I had was when the fuel pump didn't build up enough pressure a relay for the ignition wouldn't trip. The car starter would spin and spin but no start because the ignition was shut off. You may have a blown fuel pump and the dominos fall from there.
