Does it necessarily need to be air tight at the moment, or could I drive without it harming anything? And thank you for your quick reply. I guess I just need to figure out what size I need now.

Edit: Seeing lots of white 'smoke' from the exhaust -- noticed that last time I was riding which I thought was just due to a lot of moisture in the air (dense fog and air stagnation), but dunno if it's caused, or worsened, by the broken drain tube.
