You should enjoy the new scoot. Its a good bike.
How familiar are you with the GY6 engine?
Your problem is more than likely the valves.
Readjust the IN. to .003 and the EX. to .004.
Also, check to see if the plug wire is good.
As for the gaskets, jet get some material from the nearest Auto Parts store, and cut your own. Cheapest, simplest way. Just don't forget the oil galley. lol
What oils did you replace it with?
