Have the battery tested at a Batteries Plus. I highly doubt you have the original battery but still have it checked. If the battery is good then...... Let me think. You did the not-so-obvious, the kill switch and side stand. Next, is the brake light coming on when you pull each brake lever individually? You might have a bad micro switch in the brake lever(s) assembly. I'll keep thinking of other things and report back.
