I just paid up the a!! to have special pegs for my feet put on my bike because I have (as you call it) that Health Issue that prevented me from getting my leg over the seat. I had everything done at a shop that makes things. It was expensive but they did a very professional looking job! I'll throw them a plug--Tempest Cycles. They are on Babcock St. in Palm Bay. I don't usually plug anyone but I just picked up my bike & I am awed at the work. Irish
