When I lived in the Valley of the Sun, there was an active Vespa club. They welcomed other makes on their rides. That was before 2010. There was a Vespa/Piaggio dealer on Arizona Ave. They should have info about local rides. There is a Genuine dealer in Scottsdale that should have info on organized rides.
I really miss the Saturday night car cruises at the Scottsdale Pavillions.
