The scoot belongs to a friend of mine who asked me to get it running for him. I have no back story on the bike. Was only given 1 key and do not know if it's chippedor not. Yes brake light comes on when levers are pulled. Can't seem to find a main fuse. All fuses I box are good. Also fitting power to them.
