I have been around Chinese scooters and forums for over ten years now. First off there are now more dealers selling much better scoots than there were in 2008. Bintelli, Wolf and Lance are kicking butt. These people have been around for a while and care about quality.
If you buy from these people you will get a good scooter at a fraction of the cost of brand name models. Buy from a crate and hold on to your hat.
