I have a Peace Sports 150cc scooter that I purchased as part of a lot from a scooter shop going out of business. They did not have the title, but held "mechanics lien" on the scooter for services rendered. Contacted the scooter owner, even offered to pay for the title, he refused.

So now I am selling the parts off it to recover the purchase of the mechanics lien from the scooter shop. It is not worth going thru the legal paperwork to get a title. So I'll part it out.

It is pretty much complete as of today. The engine is decent and runs. The only part that can not be sold is the frame with id tags, because it can not be used w/o a title.
