There's a lot that can be done. But if you really want to go fast I suggest bbk, taller drive gears, and a big valve head too. Make sure you tune your carb after any major adjustments as you will have problems running too rich or lean if you don't which is bad for the engine. http://www.scooterforumonline.com/in...p?topic=1603.0 . Most of the time there will be a restrictive metal peice over the A/f screw. You will need to drill it out to make adjustment. Your perf filter didn't work because you probably have stock exhaust and jet. Take care of them and you'll be fine. I would go with something in the mid 80's for your jet size with stock 63cc engine no bbk.
