do you mean modded out 50 with no bbk around 45-50 with bbk a lot more power but not much difference 50-60 in top speed i have seen and achieved 55 on my cpi oliver and vento r4 2t 70cc which both i have beat many 150cc scooter in races

but this speed require a lot of money and time and maintenance
