All gy6 49cc engines come out of the factory with the valves too tight it will run for 10 to 50 miles then it just won't. I replaced over 15 carbs and did 5 complete rebuilds before I figured it...

I had replaced over 15 carbs and completely rebuilt 5 engines before I realized the valves come too tight out of the factory.

$400 is way too much for a Chinese scooter but...

$400 is way too much for a Chinese scooter but you seem to be happy with it so keep it up. Just remember it's cheaper to replace parts than try to fix them.

A scooter isn't a "real" motorcycle either but I'm too tall for crotch rockets and you couldn't pay me to own a Harley I'd ride any trike before owning a Harley 2 wheel.

I can't believe anyone would buy an ice bear or Tao for the purpose of actual use as transportation. They are fun to play with but never depend on them. Not a good way to keep a job
