Its a 2010 vip future champion 49cc

It's the bolt that goes in the circle thing on the spark plug wire, the old one wont come out or tighten back up right due to the nut on the other side of it or its stripped?

Ok i bought a performance spark plug wire and im having trouble removing the bolt holding the old one on, the round bolt that you ground the thing to just spins is the nut some special kind of nut...
