Same problem

Hey guys - same problem Tao Tao 50 - adjusted valves and runs now but bogs at full throttle - figure it might be a fuel carb adjustment but after removing the tamper proof plug - I see a square...

Ok I have exhausted all the resources on this site and still can't figure out what's going on. It only has 111 miles on it but has been sitting for about 6months - Tao Tao 50 will not idle or run...
