Why not leave them where they are? Your plastic will cover all of those, that's where there suppose to be, but post pic so we see what your trying to do.

Removing vapor canister is up to you, it won't...

Removing vapor canister is up to you, it won't give any better performance, but will remove any leaks you had before, if you decide to take off you should put a fuel filter in the vacuum line and zip...
