Buying a new Gy6 engine

Does anyone have a recommendation for a place to buy a new Gy6 150 cc engine that is safe. I see them from $200 to $320. Complete engine. But most are in China. Anyone have experience with buying one?

My Chinese Vespa look alike 11,000 miles uses 300mls of oil in 30 miles. Can not see any leaks, no smoke, plugs seems ok, but exhaust smells like oil. Any suggestions? It is 150 4 stroke. Runs great....
