Yeah it was the orange performance cdi that wasn't working right.
I received the black cdi in the mail today installed it she fired right up:yay:
Now starts with just 1 kick instead of 3-5 kicks

this is the fifth day of trying to start my scooter

it has spark when i put it against the valve cover
cleaned carburetor with carb cleaner and poke the jets and all the passageways with a carb...
