The plastic riser for the carb has an o ring on the head side. The way it was assembled the gasket was between the riser and the head. There was not a gasket between the manifold and the riser. ...

I was getting the scooter ready for this summer....wanted to take the emission crap off...got a 80cc upgrade BBK. So now I know my engine had the 69mm valves and I got the wrong kit. My question is...
