I have built this thing over the past few months and it is finally done and insanly fast. Any questions on how to do it yourself feel free to ask.

I wish I could be more eloquent. "Holy Crap". I'll bet that thing flies with so little weight.

urban
wow that's cool,i have a mint silver 82 nu50m modified it goes 58mph with me on it(225lbs) but that thing mys fly!!

Iv yet to take it top speed iv reached 45ish havent had the courage to go any faster..well not yet its only gotten to be 20-35° outside and windy as hell when I have a chance to ride it. I'm going to make a YouTube video soon, its getting warmer out. It probably gets normal speed as any 150cc scooter but the its just how fast it gets to the top is what makes it so much fun for me. The front wheel doesn't like to stay down on take off with half throttle.

The Honda Express came with a 2 stroke engine, so installing a GY6 must have required some careful fabrication. Looks great.

I'd feel unsafe on that bike, given my weight (260 lbs) and the fact that the front brake isn't a disc brake. But cool job!
|
How much fabrication was it to mount the engine?
|
reminiscent of the Sachs Madass.

I kind of like those moped-looking scooters. Nice big wheels = a smooth ride on rough pavement, even if they're not lightning-fast. |
