stuck at 5,000 rpm's
 

New cdi, ignition coil, spark plug, cleaned and checked cvt, removed kickstart, adjusted valves (.005 intake, .005 ex.). Adjusted idle and air/fuel, still idles roughly and won't rev past 5000. Anyone know what I could be missing?

Oh, also changed gear and motor oil. Its a 150cc xingyue (chinese scoot)

Get rid of the airbox entirely and replace it with an open-element style. Attach the crankcase vent hose to a separate can, or let it drain to the ground.

5000rpm on the center stand or while driving?
