sorry so long, like keltex said, yes it is an f4. I actually found this place at a local VFW location right down the street from my apt.
So yes keltex alot of VFWs have planes in the front so its possible you may have seen a similiar one in your area, or perhaps, you live in the pasadena tx, area and have seen this plane. Tex(as) is in your name...
