Feedback on planning my winter tear down/rebuild

I'm new to scooters but would like to think I'm picking up on it rather quickly due to my automotive background. I've got a 14 tao tao powermax 150. So far it's just got exhaust, lowered and stretched, a couple clutch mods I'm told (would like to replace). I have the stretching and frame modifications I want covered, but I want to throw a few new parts at it. So far I've picked out :

Nibbi PE28 flat slide carb
Nibbi 58.5mm cylinder kit
Nibbi 57.6mm "big bore" head
NCY oil cooler kit
Hoca 125mm rear slotted brake shoes
Kevlar 835 drive belt (best brand?)
Shinko 130/70/12 tires
Need clutch recommendation and some schooling about different rollers
And more to be added in the coming days...

I know there are several other things I'm not mentioning but some I'm just not sure how they will work with the other parts and stuff, like my cdi. I've heard completely conflicting information from several places about the effects of a different one. This isn't a drag scooter and im happy with the top speed i have now, I just think it'd be nice to have little more power and some nice higher end parts. I'm very concerned with the quality of the parts. I don't care how much I'm spending as long as I know it's expensive because of the quality lol. So what would you guys add or change on my list?

Plan b then, Gen 4 maddogg and a 200cc scrappy dawg engine

Expensive does not equal quality.

neither does cheap but with expensive you're odds are better

What I mean is buying and installing expensive parts doesn't mean your bike is gonna run better. It's about installing the right parts to get the performance you desire.

That said, there's less than 400 in aftermarket parts on my 150 and it's the undisputed fastest scoot in my area, and has 6000 miles on it. There's not really any aftermarket parts to be wary of. I'd be a tad skeptical of a no-name bbk, but I put one on a 157qmj years ago, and it's still up and kicking.

i more so like brand matching, nibbi and ncy make just about everything i need. My PMZ150-21 will arrive tomorrow and so far i have; nibbi 61mm BBK w/ head and cam, nibbi red cvt kit w/13g rollers new variator clutch and springs, ncy oil cooler kit, new fuel lines and a nibbi cooling fan. Only parts ive had problems out of are cdi's. ive bought 3 different types and they all fail after after a ride or two. I could definitely use a recommendation on which one to look for

Love that pic, but I'm sitting here wondering why you would lower one of these scooters. My scooter already drags on speed bumps and if I barely turn. I'd hate to imagine if it were even lower to the ground.

thanks! it's actually not bad to drive at all, it's SUPER rigid and doesn't have the flat golf cart tire on it
