Concept Bike resembles scooter

The back of this concept motorcycle commisioned by Akrapovic resembles a scooter.
The front looks like a ferris wheel.
Akrapovic builds motorcycle exhausts in Slovenia. Slovenia is also the home of Tomos Mopeds.
