An active blog to me is updated at least once a month. When something goes 5 or 6 weeks I start to wonder what happened.

Joe in Scootin da Valley is a school teacher. In the last couple of years he's suspended updating until summer vacation. He got all depressed by Common Core and being moved to a new school. When he writes he's pretty good.
