14/38 gears

Curious to know whether or not there should be a noticeable difference from my stock 13/40 gears to the 14/38..

What are you riding? Hawk dual sport? Grom clone?

Probably around 9 horsepower at 8K rpm ... so you might go faster top end but slower against the wind and up hills.
