Sorry that I've been absent for so long! I just spent a week in a civilian hospital , the VA operated on my foot & I have to wear a corrective boot(during waking hours) & a nurse comes every day & changes the dressing & packing. I also have to do 4 more weeks of Retucsun(sp?). No excuses but I've been fairly busy! I just wanted to say Hello & explain!:clap::tup: Irish :scoot::nuts:'

Welcome back! I tell people to try and kick dogs and little kids to strengthen weak or injured feet. Heck, even a cat if you want. Just kick something!

You watched too much Evel Kneivel when you were young, Irish. He went out for a ride in a body cast. He had three casts on when he assaulted that guy that wrote a book about him.
