It is not a vacuum line, and it doesn't attach to anything. See this link...http://49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/734/gy6-150-carb-connections-diagram

As for a vac line diagram.....I have a photo of my setup. Vac hose runs from manifold to fuel pump, with one 'T' installed near the carb, for the air cut valve located on the right. Very plain to see in this photo.....

ah its an overflow hose. ok.

thanks. i got one t that has one port that was plugged. the hoses from the t goes to the intake in front of carb and the other line on the other port looks to go to a circular silver piece which i assume is the other vacuum thing. didnt know where that plugged port goes.

i know when the plug is off it makes the engine idle high but if i cover it up then the idle goes back down to normal.

In the above post....I meant to say "air cut valve located on the right side of carb".

The intake manifolds with 2 vacuum ports, don't always have hoses attached to both. A vacuum port that is not used, must be capped. If not, your fuel pump or petcock will not operate as designed. Any air leaks in or around the manifold will cause tuning headaches, create a lean condition, and raise the operating temperature of the engine.
