Just double checking and seeing what other members used on there 30mm carbs, I know 30mm is over carbed but from the people Ive talked to says it makes a world of differnce over the rpm range once you get it tuned in good, I order a main jet assorment that ranges from 100 to 140, and havent tried to dial it in yet, I see results of some people using a 120 main and a 34 idle to a 40 idle and a 140 main......... the 150 motor itself is stock, the other mods i have on at the moment is 1500 main spring and clutch springs, koso clutch, 12g variator weights, unit filter, Dremeled out the stock exhaust till I get a true bigger piping performance exhaust, but what all did you use to it tuned in, and what im using is a 30mm carb with accelerator pump with matching 30mm intake.

Any Ideas for a good starting point for a Idle Jet and a Main Jet?????

A stock 150cc 157 engine uses a main jet no bigger than 120. Anything bigger is unburned. Just throwing gas at an engine does not make it run better.

Usually proper jetting is determined by plug chop.
