New to me anyway. Saw this on my local Houston craigslist.
Its a cross between the naked Ruckus style and a commuting scoot.
More info at the link.

Well that IS interesting... looks like a stretch 50 from the factory. (wheelbase about 13.5" longer than a Ruckus) But top speeds of 35-45mph? on a good day going downhill with the wind at your back maybe. Even item #9 says max speed is 60kph = about 36mph. I dunno... 50cc scoots aren't my thing, but I've seen modded Rucks that look something like this. I think they look kind of neat though.
A good used Honda Ruck goes for about 2X that from what I've seen... and more if it has desirable mods.
$1350 looks about right I suppose compared to this scoot which looks to be a non-stretch (12" wheel F&R) version for $998.95

Yeah, interesting. I remember discussing that scoot on another board a few months back. There is storage under the seat, in what looks like that hollow area near the front of it. There is a mesh fabric at the very front part of the seat to hold things in.

What I like about this and some of the other scoots I've seen out of China is that they're new designs. If they kept making the same old Cookie Cutter scooters it would have shown a disinterest in the Market to me. Copies of Vespas and Kymco Peoples would get pretty old. As for the speed of this well an unmodded Ruckus doesn't go any faster than 40 mph flat out for the $3000 OTD it costs. I keep hearing fabulous mileages out of the 50cc GY6 so to me a 50cc Chinese anything is a Screaming Bargain over the Brand Name mini scoots.
