They seem to like it.

The reviewer complained that the matte black paint was uninspiring. There are plenty of aftermarket decal kits available to dress it up. It has nice big (relatively) wheels and can do 85mph, so I'm a fan.

The reviewers at the site liked this BV350 better, because the bigger engine was torquier. However, the BV costs $900 more than the Citycom 300 and does not come with a windscreen at that price.
I'd probably get the Citycom 300 and save a grand.

I have had one for about 18 months. I love the ride but I spend more than half imy time trying to sort out all the electical problems.
I got it second hand with about 15 000 kms on it and can see where the first owner had problems as well

I also have a Fly 150 which I now use most of the time and have never been let down, I got it with 20kms on it and am now up to 30kms on it.

When the SYM is going again it be sold and another bike looked for.

It sure isn't "easy on the eyes". What's up with that front fender....and the seat that resembles part of a camel? Any color you want, as long as it's flat black, and only $5300 including sales tax......such a deal.

The front fender does look like it was pilfered from a pit bike.

The Admin on another forum owns one and he's a merciless flogger of equipment. He has an eighty mile daily round trip commute and notes seeing 90 mph on his speedometer daily. He hasn't complained about a thing with it the last year he's had it and is closing in on 10,000 miles. I know of at least three Chinese scooters he's run into the ground since we've been acquainted. Painfully enough his CF Moto Fashion, the same year as mine, has blown a head gasket and numerous other components before expiring.

I only know, based on the Torture Test he puts things through, that the scooter is a solid piece. Too much for a scooter in my world, but a viable alternative to like size scooters costing $1000 more.

Here is a Mid-Size Scooter Melee posted on Feb 14. These reviewers noted the lower price of the Citycom, but still were not very impressed. I hate it when Vespa wins, but they build a freeway competent scooter that still feels and rides like a smaller scoot on the surface streets.
