i just wanted to tell some people a few things that made a world of differance.i have a performance variator 1500 rpm clutch and torque springs and stage 6 pipe and a bbk 70cc.i just hit 250 miles on the bbk kit and was dissapointed from the pipe and bbk.i had the original 5gram rollers annd was getting the same results as stock pipe and 50cc.i bought some 4gram dr pulley and i went from 7000 rpms to 9000 and now it takes off like crazy.a hill i use to go up at 35 now it says 50.dont know how accurate it is but it says over 55 on the flats.i was reading about the pipe has to get into the powerband and you can feel it pull when it kicks in.i cant believe what a differance the 4gram dr pulley sliders make from 5 gram rollers.imhappy now.it use to take lick 1000ft to hit 42 now the power is unbelieveable for a 70cc.stock air box and carb with 80 main jet on minarelli

Great....Glad to hear it.......sure is nice when things finally work out as planned, isn't it.

Hold onto the 5 grammers, might come in handy if you decided to mod the intake side someday.

I weigh around 160-170 Im wondering what weights should I get? I recently bought some 6g Dr pully sliders it doesn't take off that quick. I know were not driving hayabusas but I know mine can be a lot quicker on take off then it currently is.

I weigh 185 and tried 4.5 and it was terrible 4gram with my pipe and springs is the sweet spot.mine had 5gram rollers stock and its a world of a difference.the performance variator was the best investment for me

I have 1500rpm springs. HP pipe. Did have a ramped variator until it blew up today. I think I might be expecting to much out of a 4t scoot. There's a nice aprila 2t on Craig's list. I think I know where my tax money is going lol might order some 4g Dr pully sliders tonight along with a kick start assembly new variator and speedo cable. I've had a s***** day

I would look into the aprilia they seem to be fast and reliable
