I'm gonna give you as much information as I can...I have a
Genson 150cc scooter...now everyone says that the valve gap is .04 on the intake and .05 on the exhaust...well I finally got a set of feeler gages that had both .04 and .05 and I adjusted the valves...well here is where the problem lies, since doing the adjustment it seems like it's flooding out...it seems to run fine at higher speeds but at idle and take off from a stop it sputters and doesn't want to go I have to make it...now the identification plate says valve gap .06-.08 but doesn't indicate intake or exhaust...I've had it gapped as close to .06 as I could before and I start getting a tapping...This flooding problem or whatever it is didn't start until I set the gaps at .04 and .05...should I go with what the tag says...any help would be appreciated
