Veterans Day Ride

I hope you other veterans out there, had as good a day yesterday, as I did. Weather was just perfect here, mid 60's and sunny. Took a 44 mile ride on the scoot, stopped on the way home to top off the fuel tank, for the final time this season. "Global Warming".....Uhh....I mean "Climate Change"....or is it "Polar Vortex", whatever they call it, I'm sure it is something caused by me.... is moving in and taking over. Forcast for next seven days, highs in the 30's, lows in the 20's, with lake effect snows. That means the salt trucks will be out...which equals no more scootin til next April or May. This season, added 2,774 to the 3,011 miles it had on it last spring

Glad I got out yesterday....sure enjoyed it.....And as stated above, I hope you other veterans enjoyed "YOUR" day too.

I had a good Veterans Day but did not get to ride. I used to work in downtown Houston, so was able to watch the Veterans Day parade. I work in the suburbs now, so I would need to take a day off so see the parade.
