Normally I don't like to share video's; and to be honest I've not watched this. I also believe that video's that show someone's death is the worst kind of voyeurism.
However, that being said, the family released this GoPro video to show the dangerous nature of reckless motorcycling and reckless drivers. I am not sure if he was ATGATT or not (I will not watch the video for my own reasons).
