Okay so I'm new to the forum I actually registered specifically for an issue I'm having with my TaoTao Paladin 150 scooter. Its about a year old and only has about 700 miles on it. So I'm riding it one day and It's starts acting real funny then a screw from under my air filter on the left side of the scooter falls out and is just gone. At this point it littered quite a bit then eventually just stopped like it ran out of gas. I don't know what the screw was or how to even find that part and replace it the best I can do is ask for help. I got some pictures to try and show what I'm talking about. http://i1140.photobucket.com/albums/n580/SwagggZilllaaaa/Mobile%20Uploads/20140824_12283_edit_1408924104925.jpg

I'm no mechanic, but I do wrench on mine as much as I can, as I have a full service manual.
On mine, there is a drain tube from the carb bowl with a tiny screw up inside of it, to drain the bowl. I think it's to release any water drops that may get past your filter.
The tube runs down to just below the motor, mine is in a sort of tube trap if you will.
If that falls out your carb runs of out of gas.
Good luck with your issue.

That tube is the float bowl drain from the carburetor. Any Metric screw will plug it. You can either go to a vendor or the local hardware store. It happens on many new scooters. What did you do to the back tire. Burnouts? Donuts on asphalt? Wow!

Maybe you'll find the missing screw in your flat rear tire...
